With all four seasons, we need to look good during them all. And there’s no better way than hitting up our high-end fashion boutiques, independent designers, even thrift shops for that I-can’t-believe-I-found-this-for-five-dollars find. Or go big and spend all day at the MOA. That’s the Mall of America, to the locals. Oh, and did we mention that all clothing is tax free? You’re welcome!
